Returns
Customers have the right to return eligible products within 14 calendar days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
– The item must be unused and in its original condition
– The return request must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping label.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected by us.
Once approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
– Custom orders
– Made-to-order products, unless defective or damaged upon arrival
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the production process and do not qualify as defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and provide clear photos. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
