2. Products & Availability
All products are offered subject to availability.
Some items are made to order, while others may be produced in limited quantities.
Because many items are individually produced or finished, minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These variations are part of the product’s character and do not constitute a defect.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.
In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment received will be refunded.
5. Production & Processing Time
Many products are made to order.
Processing and production times are indicated on the website and may vary depending on the product and order volume.
Delivery times are estimates and depend on the destination country and courier service. Delays caused by couriers or external factors are beyond our control.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to selected European countries.
Shipping rates and available destinations are listed on the Selected EU Shipping page.
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier service. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier, but we will assist where possible.
7. Returns & Refunds

Please note:
– Custom orders are generally non-refundable
– Made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless defective
– Returned items must be unused and in original condition
